We are winding down today in the studio, just in time to wind up Christmas with our families. I am looking forward to having our 3 kids, and one son-in-law hanging around with us for more than just 24 hours. We will all visit with cousins and partake in Aunt Patty's Christmas eve faux Italian 7 fish dinner. She decided a few years back to cheat a little and not use some of the traditional fish that no one wants, and instead we enjoy things like crab cakes and anti pasta with tuna. You get the idea. It's all with great intentions to keep these great traditions alive.
At the studio, we are just counting down until the last of the gifts we have created of the year are picked up. We had another great year having fun doing what we love to do. It was a year of family portraits with multiple generations, and weddings and events of some great couples. We will have a wedding to photograph on Friday of a super fun couple, and then we finish off the year on New Years Eve with the McShea family wedding. I've had the pleasure of making portraits of this awesome family, so I know it will be a great celebration to finish our year. Our year of senior portraits was way above and beyond what we expected. We built lots of new props in the garden and also had several of our seniors do custom sessions at really cool locations. From our corporate photography side, we continue to grow and love every minute. We were fortunate to be published several times, and also helped lots of companies with branding and head shots for their teams.
From all of us, to all of you, I wish you a very Merry Christmas and Happy New year. I promise to blog more in 2017
Sorry we just couldn't get everyone together for this shot, but we also used it in the current issue of Main Line today, which we did most of the images for "faces of the Main Line"
