Our new little friend Lily was in for her one year old portrait session. Like most moms, Tara brought dresses and some special things for Lily to do, even a birthday cake to do the famous Campli smash! But, in addition, Tara brought Lily's Great Great Grandma's dress. This beautiful family heirloom is over 100 years old and in great shape. Lily wore it with pride and posed with Tara's childhood chair. As a photographer, I always think "what can I do different and new and cool" In this case- the answer is absolutely nothing. This portrait deserves everything classic. I used what I studied in classic portrait styling to make Lily and her special dress the star of the portrait. No fancy filters and crazy techniques.

Tara and Stephen Douthwaite - David, I can't express how grateful we are for these beautiful moments you captured of our little girl. Lily was so comfortable and relaxed, a true reflection of your kind and caring temperment. The pictures are absolutely gorgeous! We love them all!!!! Thank you so much :)

Christine Martin - Thank you for taking such beautiful pictures of my sweet granddaughter, Lily. Seeing her in the dress that belonged to my mother Lillian ( and Lily's namesake) and that was made by my grandmother in 1910 is so special for me. Your representations of the new 'Lily" in the dress of the original "Lily" are pricelessl. Thank you for creating a permanent keepsake of three generations.

Betty Coutu - Lily is such a sweet and beautiful baby. I know that someday she will cherish these photos. I can only hope that one day her daughter can be photographed in this dress. What a wonderful connection, past, present and future. Sending love and blessings. So many wonderful times and adventures ahead.
